1 Double Dumbbell Snatch, 50/35 lbs

1 Burpee Over Dumbbell

Run, 200 m

2 Double Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

2 Burpee Over Dumbbells

Continue The Same Way

*Teams of 2. You Go, I go format. One Partner completes a full round while the other rests. Then other partner completes a round. Both will complete each round before adding a rep.
