Ryan has been CrossFitting for an impressive seven years, and he loves seeing the look on his members’ faces when they do something they couldn’t do yesterday. “I’m passionate about making people better/stronger/healthier,” he says.
Ryan discovered CrossFit after his first daughter was born. He was in very bad shape from constantly sitting at a desk and snacking too much. “I realized how old I would be when she graduated from high school, and that if I didn’t change my ways I might not make it that far,” he says. “I started moving more, found CrossFit, and that changed my outlook on fitness. I moved on to coaching mainly to share that feeling with others.”
