Coach Nick Mack is passionate about helping people meet their fitness and life goals. But he especially loves, “the healthy competition and camaraderie amongst everyone, cheering every last person on until the WOD is done.” Originally teaching a few Kettlebell and Boot Camp Style Fitness classes in the past, Nick felt he needed a change from the “standard gym routine”, and that is where CrossFit Black Box came along.
“I had been working out with them for about a year and a half when I received my L1. The opportunity arose for me to help coach the On-Ramp courses and I’ve been coaching ever since”, he says. Now having CrossFitted for more than three years, Nick couldn’t imagine his life without CrossFit; and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
