5 Inch Worms w/cobra pose
30 Second deep squat stretch
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
*32 Total Rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Do 8 rounds of Push-ups followed by 8 rounds of Pull-ups, and so on. No rest period between movements. Set a clock for 32 straight rounds of 20/10.
