*Finish, then reverse.

-10 Lunges Each Leg, 1 Burpee, 9 Lunges each, 2 Burpees, etc. Once you finish 1 Lunge and 10 burpees, reverse the ladder and go back to 2 Lunges and 9 burpees, and so on.
